1. Have apartment ready on time.
2. have greeter who is physically able to help with luggage.
3. have cleaners who know how to clean.
4. don’t expect guests to be ok with walking two blocks to the apt.
5. answer requests - we requested some compensation for our apt being a mess when we arrived and unable to nap (jet lag from CA) before a dinner engagement we were late for since cleaner was still there until 6:30. WE NEVER heard back!
