“Le Balcon Elysees” is a beautiful and bright renovated one bedroom apartment for 4 guests with a balcony and city views.  Just around the corner from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees, you will have all of the best food, entertainment, and transportation options right outside your door.   

BRIGHTNESS & QUIET:

On the 7th floor with an elevator, your apartment will be a perch from which you can observe the skyline and changing light of Paris. You will always have warm sun, views of the sky, and peaceful nights.

BEDROOM:

The bedroom features a very comfortable queen size bed for 2 guests. There is plenty of storage for luggage and clothing.

LIVING ROOM:

Two armchairs will open to create two additional beds. One is a twin, the other is a single.

BATHROOM:

Two bathrooms will give you plenty of space to prepare for days of exploring Paris.  One bathroom has a walk in shower, and the other has a bathtub.  We provide all towels, as well as shampoo, body soap, and conditioner.

KITCHEN:

The apartment has a renovated kitchen with everything you need for wonderful home cooking, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, cooking oils,  spices, kettle, and coffee maker. 

The clothes washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen and are free to use. We will provide clothing detergent for your use.

The dining area features a table.
