Balcon Boulogne is a comfortable and bright one bedroom apartment in Paris’ prestigious Boulogne-Billancourt neighborhood.

This 50m2 (528 sq ft) one-bedroom apartment is features a comfortable living and dining area, fully functional kitchenette, cozy-bedroom, full bathroom, and a small private balcony. 

BEDS: The bedroom has a new, queen-size bed. Bedding and linens will be provided.

FUTON (1 guest) There is a single fold-away futon bed in the closet.

The living room includes a sofa (not sleeper), smart TV, and small desk area. There is also Air-conditioning for the warmer months. 

KITCHEN: The renovated kitchen offers an oven, stove-top, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, microwave and good size refrigerator and freezer. 

DINING:  There is a dining table that can seat up to 4 people. All dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, and cutlery are provided. 

WIFI: The apartment is equipped with a high-speed internet connection.

WASHER-DRYER: There is a washer and separate dryer in the apartment as well, for your convenience. 

BATHROOM: The bathroom features an Italian style shower, a sink, and toilet. We provide hair dryer, bath and hand towels, bath mat, as well as shampoo, body wash, and conditioner.
